Oliver 1550 Steering Column

Does anyone have or know where I can get the top seal for the steering column on my 1550 Oliver? The column was stuck and the steering wheel would not turn, when we finally got it loose with the tractor running it pumps hydraulic oil out around the steering shaft under the steering wheel. Can someone tell me how to fix this easily?

The seal is actually down in the hydramotor,not in the column. The seal kit with everything you need is available from Agco for about $32.
You'll have to unhook the gauges and lift off the dash after you pull the steering wheel. When you get that far it's not hard to figure out how to get the column off the stub shaft on the hydramotor. I used two o-ring picks to pull the seal. If you get hung up,post back and somebody will try to walk you through it.

I THINK the part number on the whole kit is 30-3022900.
