The black arrow points to where fluid is squirting out, right where the nut/plug screws in, seems like a copper washer is there.

Looks like the pictures don't come through. I browsed & attached them, but when I click on Submit, they don't post here.

Wait until some numbers and letters show up in the Optional Image URL box, then hit Submit.

Not working for me. I browse & the pictures show, above the pictures it says begin uploads, but don't see anything happening after that. Do you think my age has anything to do with it. lol.

OK maybe size has something to do with it, one is 1.59 MB, some are 2.52 MB. Have to figure out how to make them smaller.

Looks like the copper washer or 0 ring failed on the pressure relief valve cap.
Just remove the cap and replace washer or 0 ring( be careful with removing it there's gonna be a bit of tension cause there's most likely a spring behind it)

Thanks, looks like a copper washer is between the nut & the body..
The second picture is the Char Lynn pump, third is the Cylinder, fourth is the hose that used to go to the rad, but it goes to the Char Lynn now, & from the Char Lynn to the rad.

It is a copper crush washer. There is a spool and a spring behind it. You can try to anneal the copper washer by heating it to a dull red color with a torch and then plunge it in cold water. I did not get any pictures via e-mail. J.
