OLIVER 1950T has hydraulic problem.. no hydraulics to remotes- Power steering-or 3 point until RPMs are at least 1700 plus. After 1700 RPMs everything works, but VERY slow. full of oil, no noise, no foam, works smooth, new filter, has very good power, just Very slow, like 30 seconds for 3PT to fully rise, load, or no load. also, 3Pt will not go down until high RPMs.

My 1850 did that one time. Started all at once. The pump was cracked and putting the oil right back in to the reservoir.

O. K. You have an internal leak. First of all when I worked on the truck side of things we handled a line of pumps and the service department for them also said, "have a spare relief valve if you have at least 5 of these in your fleet. A leaking relief valve will show us the same as a worn pump. So get a 3000 PSI pressure gauge and take a reading of the pressure you have now. Remove the relif valve and see if the plunger, seat and the crush washer are all good. Then report back to us.
