1750 Riding Dirty

I usually use her for round baling, moving bales and snowplowing. However, I put the old bucket on her and spent most of day cleaning the building. Lots of hand-shoveling... Dad's White 2-65 was occupied. A few years back mkuhns walked me through changing the trans input shaft/bearings, etc. Still appreciate that.

She ain't much to look at, but neither is Mrs. Johnson down the road...but she sure can bake a mean apple pie.

Interesting yourair cleaner is in the back part of the engine like a 1650. 1750 air cleaner would be ahead of the muffler.

Gary, I have an original sales receipt from Hopson's when my father-in-law bought his 1850 with fender tanks. It shows the tank listed as an extra $89.00(?). Dick said if you bought a tractor with fender tanks, the tank under the hood was "optional" and you had to buy it separatly!

I talked to a man once that had a tractor without the regular tank. He said you don't have a fuel gauge then either. What I meant the first time around, the 1650 air cleaner bolts on top of the engine toward the rear of the engine. J.

I'm going to say that it's got a whistle under the hood, and a relocated air cleaner. If those fendertanks were factory for that tractor they should have the leveling wedges under them, which it does not appear to have, looking at the angle of the hood vs the tanks.
