Walkaround video of my 1952 Oliver 77 Industrial

I wouldn't worry about that starter. It's wound heaver than a 12 volt is. You can run twelve volts through it with out hurting it. You can get repop gauges. The hyd. filter, probable take it out and napa can match one up for you. At least the one here probable can. All in all you've got a lot of machine there.

Testing the hydraulics after dumping and filling with 10 gallons of fresh fluid.

Runs well thankfully.

You should have put a pressure gauge in and checked the relief valve setting. You need an adjustable flow control in your lift circuit. It is to jerkie with nothing in the bucket! I think you have some wear on some of the pivot points!. You need to polarize the generator to start with. There just was a post about that on tractor talk.

I wanted to ask about that pressure gauge, you mentioned it before. Where would I put it? Is it a temporary or perment fixture?

The hoe is jerky, quite a bit of play in it.

I'll look for the post on the generator. I have a draw somewhere when the machine is off, I left the battery connected over night and came out in the morning to a dead battery, so now I'm pulling the positive post when I shut down.

Here's a video I made today digging out tree's/stumps. This thing really has some power behind it!
