Brake discs 24 splines

When I look up online, it says I need 7" OD, 2.5" ID, 29 splines listed as replacement part. However when I took the brakes off, I counted 24 splines, measured 3" ID, and 7" OD. What am I missing here?

You are not missing anything. What you have is a tractor that has the bull pinions that were converted to disk brakes. When you could still buy replaceable linings it was no problem as they took the same linings. O. K. Your tractor is an early 1952 model or slightly older. There are not that many tractor left that take those disks so no one has replacements. You will need to get yours relined at probably a good truck brake shop. More questions post a phone number

Thanks for the help. I matched Oliver 500 brake with 7" od 3" Id 24 spline to what I had but want sure the splines were the rift size, etc. the discs had to come from somewhere though.

I'm at 610-731-8160 with many questions and you have been a great help figuring out my frankentractor this far. I am around all day tomorrow.
