Flushing the hydraulic system

Fluid is very milky when leaking at the rear sticks which tells me that there's water in there. Since the cylinders have fluid on both sides, what's the best way to flush the system short of disassembling each cylinder?

With fluid on both sides, how much fluid are you really getting out and back to the resivour by just cycling the cylinders up and down?

I have some acting up cylinders and i'm thinking that may be the culprit.

Here: put the bucket and the loader on the ground so all the cylinders are in the retract position. Unhook the hoses from the rod end of the cylinders and stick them in a bucket. Start the tractor and extend (raise) the loader and the bucket cylinder. Shut the tractor off. Unhook the hose that goes between the control valve and the reservoir Put it in the bucket and let the cylinders down with the engine off. Drain the reservoir, maybe even remove it to drain it. You may need to do this several times. Get some cheap oil and run it for about 10 hours and repeat the process. Does it have a filter, if so change it as well each time.
