I got a 20 deluxe, it was running good .I even pulled it a couple of times. Now when I push it wide open it labors and falls flat. It doesn't get to full RPM's. It doesn't matter if you go fast or slow it still doesn't go to max RPM's.
I've checked the fuel filter, points, rotor, condencer, cap, plugs, wires. I need some help, any advice would be helpful.
It's almost like the governor is holding it back.
