Does anybody have the dimensions of the plates
used to mount a 1610 loader on the front of a
1550? The book only shows the plates not the
size .Also has anybody tried this idea of
putting in an extra valve to raise and lower in
the bucket so you can lift yourself up while
cutting brush or other similar jobs?
Thanks

farmerwithmutt, I had these pictures if they help if not I can take them all the way off the 1650 parts tractor. There was a video of a guy who mounted a pole on his loader with the saw attached to the pole. I had a limb get me while in the bucket and I hobbled around for over a month just my .02 cents. Greg

Thanks for pics in the book the plate next to the tractor covers both top and bottom holes and yours are on the bottom only I wonder if there is any advantage to having the plates full size or not. As to having hydraulic in front that's one problem being on your own sometime you got to take chances but I was also thinking of using it to doing painting to .
Again thanks for pictures

When I worked for Dan and Dana owned Gressen valves they made valves for bucket trucks that were controlled by a electric joystick, BUT they had a manual override mounted to the valve in case something happen to the guy up in the air in the bucket.
