I saw on the photo ads a 1953 Oliver 99 Wheatland. The seller indicated it is one of 52 built. What is the difference between a regular 99 and a Wheatland? Never knew of any of those.

The 99 Standard, Wheatland and Ricefield tractors are all the same. Sometimes one will have an extra shield added around the axle bearings, etc, but they are all the same.

The tractor is a 6 cylinder gas model, so that is why he said there were 52 built. There were less than 1000 built with the 6 cylinder Diesel engine.
