Super 55 paint

I am getting my Super 55 ready to paint when weather warms up, can some one help me with a paint code and brand of paint. Agco guy says it is the same as the 50 series (Meadow Green) but I think the supers were a lighter green. Thanks Pete

I'd always thought they were a different color too,but these are the paint codes. I bought an original piece of sheet metal for mine,that was just like new and it's the same color as my 1600,so I guess....

I'm painting a 550 right now and I'm using ppg 926052 suppose to be meadow green ,looks about right.

Paint colors are all about "contrast" in the human eye. An oliver with red wheels and yellow grill and lettering is going to look a different green than a 550 or even a 1650 with white and green. Even the wrong white will make the green look wrong. I agree with the statement that a 550 looks a different green than all the round nose Olivers....but I think they are the same green. Go with RRLunds post.
