1850 front axle carrier

My wide front axle carrier is all wobbled out on the front side where the pivot pin goes through. I need to either replace it or get it bored and sleeved. Sitting here at work, away from my book I am wondering, Can I jack up the tub, remove the pivot pin, and unbolt the carrier without removing anything else from the axle? The AGCO parts book picture shows 4 bolts that will need to be removed to get the carrier off. It looks like the steering shaft goes through the carrier as well with a bushing and seal on the bottom side of the carrier. Will I be able to remove the 4 cap screws and roll the carrier off the shaft and around the axle to remove it?

The steering shaft runs through it with the arm on it,then that shaft goes in to two needle bearings above and below the arm doesn't it? I think everything is going to have to come out.
