I would like to locate a super 99 GM Oliver that I sold back in the early 1980's,I bought this tractor as a basket case. I did a major and updated the engine to a 4valve head and N pistons, full flow oil filter, painted with Oliver green however I painted the grill and wheels white,put a deluxe seat on it.I sold it to a man Who lived in the Boxholm Iowa area,but can't remember his name,he told me he collected Olivers,I know this is A long shot but thought I would give it A try,Al

i checked my oliver collecter club membership directory, didnt find ant from that area. you could try asking around at local implement dealers in that area, or if there is an antique pull around boxholm in the summer that is another idea?Do you have a serial #? You could also email the editors at the Hart Parr Oliver collector mag at

They could post a wanted ad for you in the sale/wanted section of the mag.
I pull a couple Super 99s in North central IA, none with a full flow oil filter I will keep an eye out.

thanks for your reply,I did talk to the son of the guy I thought bought it but he was sure his dad never owned a super 99 GM,I did talk to some guys up around Lohrville who are Oliver people however they didn't have any clues about it either,I haven't been able to find the s/n in any of my old records. It didn't have a pto and it had a Vickers hyd pump bolted to the back of the engine on the gear train hsg. Thanks again for your reply, I live SE of Woodward Iowa,Al
