Super 88 blocks

Is there any difference between a Supper 88 gas block and a super 88 diesel block?

   There was only three crankcases (blocks) used in both the gas and diesel 88 & Super 88 tractors.   Part numbers 1K 100E, 1KSE 100C & 1KAS 100E.
   There was only one short block assembly and could be used on either a gas or diesel tractor.

When I took a 880 diesel and made it a gas where the idle gear for the diesel pump is I had to put a bushing in their to keep the engine oil from going back in the pan and not starve the crank.
