77 snow plow

Does anyone on here use there 77 with a front snow plow? If you do could you post a pic of it? Also have do you raise and lower it?

Does yours have a mechanical cultivator lift then? Dad had one on his 66. He had a pipe through the front hole in the frame,then ran a cable over it from the lift to the frame of the snowplow. I'm thinking he used the levers and what not from the cultivator on the rear pipe.

In order to make the power lift work and lock in the up position and down position it has to have tension against the lift arm. On the cultivator it is supplied by a pull spring hocked to the front pipe and the square shaft on the manual lever on the rear pipe. Clear as mud!!! That cultivator fit on 60 and 70 tractors also. The belt pulley must be engaged to make the little arms rotate when you pull the level. Don't remember if that was necessary on a 77.
