70 Standard Crank Pulley Removal

Put a new water pump on the 1946 Standard today, and noticed a large chunk missing from the crank pulley. It is also bent. I suspect someone tried to remove it with a hub puller at some time in the tractor's life.
How do you get the thing off? My factory shop manual says nothing more than "remove pulley". Is the nut where the hand crank catches welded in, or does it function as a nut to retain the pulley? Anyone have a good pulley for sale?
Thanks

I read that wrong. I was thinking 77 when I wrote this. Brain fade.

That said I don't remember having any trouble getting it off.

I'm rebuilding my engine , I just looked ,no
holes . I just tapped on the flanges with a heavy
plastic hammer to create vibration , and it came
off pretty easy. Maybe use an air chisel from the
side ??

Did you have a large nut where the hand crank engages the pulley to remove first? Mine looks like it's welded in. I am sure there is more than a press fit involved.

Factory parts book arrived, which clearly answers my own question.
The fan pulley is secured by a "crankshaft starting jaw", that is - a big nut. Behind the pulley is a dust seal then an oil seal. So today, the pulley comes off now that I know how it's held on.
