Well sitting in the hospital with my dad while he has a
procedure. I guess no big deal but he's 85 and I worry. So to
think about something else I've got a 550 that leaks hydraulic
fluid at the pro shaft. Have changed the seal and the shaft in
that area doesn't look bad. But leak has to go. What is the fix?
Speedy sleeve? If so can anyone give ma seal number/sleeve
number? Pretty good leak.

It's most likely gear oil, and if you've changed the seal it's probably coming from inside of the female splines. There's a O ring in the coupler that can leak.

Yes sorry it's for sure transmission oil. There is a "clip" at the pto shaft. If I remove the clip I can pull out the shaft as I recall. It's seems it's maybe a foot long or so. Does the o ring go on that short shaft? Sorry to be kind of vague. I'm still sitting in a hospital room so no books. But as I recall I was lost on finding this o ring even with them. Thanks for the help.

The O ring is at the front end of the female coupler that you see at the back of the tractor. It's actually on the front pto shaft. It seals the coupler to the shaft coming back from your pto clutch. Usually, pull the hydraulic unit, knock the roll pin out, remove the 4 bolts and the female coupler, replace the o ring, reassemble.

Ok sounds like it's a pretty good project but doable. Thanks. Does anyone have an o ring number or is it something that AGCO parts should be able to come up with?

When you have it apart, if the roll pin has any wear on it, drill the roll pin holes out in the coupler side only. As the splines wear, it starts to beat on the roll pin. The roll pin is just there to keep the front shaft from pulling forward.
