oliver 1600 pto housing

Hello, my rear pto housing is cracked. I can see that it was soldered in the past but the fix didn't hold. Do you know where I could get another? thanks

I'll take a picture tomorrow cause it's too dark but it's this part

I had one,but somebody I knew dropped the top link on theirs and smashed it,so I sold them the one I had. That shouldn't be a problem to weld up with nickel rod.

Agco parts website just calls it a cover. I'd call it the PTO clutch cover. Maibach in Creston Ohio might have one. Smitty's in Dalton Ohio would be another one.

That's not to bad, Just look at this one on a 1555 I had. This is just plain ugly but it worked so what all that mattered. Believe me I have seen worse. The 1550 and early 1555's and the 1600 all used the same pto clutch cover. Should not to bad or hard to find one. Bandit

Check out the seat on that one. It's a solution to the rubber torsion springs breaking anyway.

I don't think I would want to run that one for long with my bad back, It hurts me just to look at it. OH MY ackin back! Bandit

That's what mine looked like under the welded plate on the inside. Who ever welded it on did a good job but I would have spent more time fitting the plate to make it look better, But that's just me. Bandit
