1850 hydraulic issues

Hi all... I have been working on a couple olivers(1600 and 1850) for my grandfather to start cleaning property. I'm a shadetree jeep builder and new to tractors and equipment but I got these both up and running after sitting in field for around 6 years if not more. Went thru fuel and ignition systems and seem to have them running reliably now which I'm pretty proud of.

These questions will be about the hydraulics on the 1850

1: There is a leak coming from the restrictor valve on the right side. I have loosened, adjusted and tightened the valve but still have a leak when it is used. It also does not have a restrictor valve on each side of the case like the manual states.

2: The loader creeps up when rpms are raised above about halfway through operating range. It has dual acting cylinders and they also seem to be out of time a bit.

3: It has the dual speed pto but I do not see the speed selector, just a blind hole in back of case. I don't think I have a need for the 1000rpm but would like to know more about it.

any and all help would be appreciated as I plan to sell one of these tractors once all the bugs are worked out.

Do you have an operators manual? Where is this valve you adjusted? Is it by your right foot or is it under the seat? On the dual speed PTO, are you sure you have a dual speed unit? That was an option?

Not operators manual but I do have a service manual that covers both the 1600 and 1850 I have.

The valve is under and at rear of seat.

The PTO case says dual on the rear but the selector pin and bolt are not there, just an empty hole with a plug of sorts about 3 inches in.
