I have a Oliver 88 that if the tractor is cold i have to lean out the carburetor to make it run right until it warms up then I have to richen the carb to have it run right is that the carb itself or could it be something else thanks in advance
 
Sounds like a few things going on there. Float level for starters and vacuum leaks I'd look at next. I'd check for varnish in the bottom idle jet as well. Vacuum leaks are the biggest issues for old engines. Have you had the carb off or manifold recently? Hope this gives you a starting point.
