Dad helped me get the arms mounted today after I figured out the spacer issue (used a stack of washers for now, will do some plates later) and started loading manure with it. We rented a second spreader and we're hauling with our Massey 285 on our spreader and our 1855 on the rented Knight 8026 spreader. The remotes seemed a little screwy at first and the outside one would make the inside one lift when trying to curl the bucket, but after a little use with it they quit affecting each other.
The loader has a dealer sticker from North Dakota (forget what the name is right now) so it's for sure made a trip to get to Wisconsin.
Part of me wants to paint it, and the other part wants to leave it alone. It really is in good shape, with even some remnants of green paint in the bucket yet.
