Boy did I make a good find, Found a late Oliver 520 Roto-Bale sitting for the last 40 years unused. My uncles neighbor bought it new in 1972 or 73 and used it for 2 years (about 600 bales a year) then he retired and rented his farm out. The baler has sit in the same spot for all those years in a barn and forgotten till now. My uncle knows I like Oliver tractors and equipment and asked me if I was interested in it, I made a bee line there to look at and buy it! Met with the son of the man who bought it new (father passed away 2 years ago) and he just wants to clean the place up some and get rid of the junk sitting around (NOT junk to me). Well I asked how much he said scrap price but if I bought it he would take less so he didn't have to fool with it and hauling it off. He said $175 will buy it, I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough to pay for it! Now to get 2 tires on it and dig it out of the barn. This one is different that the other one I have, This one has the long toung on it and has White decals on it. It dose have yellow paint under the green on the toung. Cant wait to get it home and clean it up and get it ready to use next year. I think it will look real good behind the 1550 Utility and an Oliver hay wagon . Bandit
