Oliver 1600-1650 head

I have an Oliver block 155119A from a 1600 gas tractor. The pistons are flat on top. pretty sure it is the same block in a 1650 gas. My problem is I bought a head that does not have a combustion chamber in it. The numbers on the head are 159 585ASB and K180-02. Two questions what block does this head fit? And, Does anybody have a gas head they would be willing to sell? Any condition except cracked.

Oh man! It has been 30 + years since I looked at a 1600 or 1650 gas engine apart, but those pistons should be concave. Yes the block is the same for both. K180?? would be for some version of an 88. Double check that 02 suffix. I will try to check on the 159 number tomorrow. J.
