Have hydraul shift that only works in direct.I have no
history of tractor .Anyone want to point me in a direction?
Move lever either direction and still in direct drive

YOUR UNDER DRIVE SPRAG IS WORN OUT YOUR OVER DRIVE CLUTCHES ARE WORN OUT ALL CAN BE FIXED AS LONG AS YOU SHAFT THAT THE SPRAG RIDES ON IS GOOD

That's one of the engines that can shear the old style factory bolts. When the planetary bolts shear you lose both over and under as they both go through the planetary. Seen several of them this way over the years.

No guarantees, but that's what I would bet on.

I had a 2-135 do the same thing. Planetary was good. Clutches were shot in high range. Under drive sprag wore into shaft. We welded it up with a real hard rod(forgot number now). Made a jig and ground it to specs in lathe. Replaced sprag even though it did not look that bad. Still going 4600 hours later.

Are you sure it's in direct and not actually in under? Over and direct use hydraulic pressure to engage clutches, under is mechanical. If the hydraulic circuit fails they will drop to under, no matter what position the lever is in.
