Oliver 80 ring gear

What's wrong with yours? Ours had a flat spot on it in one spot right where it stops at 90% of the time. We took and filed the teeth back the best as possible and then took a torch and heated up the ring gear and pulled it off of the flywheel. Reheated the ring gear after flipping it over and re installed on flywheel. Good for another 60 years. Hope it helps. Duane o.

I know I have several flywheels on the shelf from 18-27's and 80's. If you don't find one, let me know and I'll look when I am at the farm and see if any have ring gears on them.
