I'm going to look at an oliver plow this week hopefully. It's a five bottom spring reset plow. Seller said it can be converted to a four bottom since it has an add a bottom feature. Always heard Oliver's were good plows. He is asking 600 I think 500 is fair any opinions?

Sounds cheap unless it needs a lot of TLC or is an odd size such as 14 inch bottoms. Of course there are areas out there where you could not get scrap for an immaculate plow due to lack of demand.

Offer $500 and see what happens. I certainly wouldn't turn it down for $600 if he refuses to budge if it is in good shape.
