Super 55 fluids

My IT manual doesn't really cover this. My S55 has a screw cap with dipstick on the left side in front of the seat. There is another cap the same size but with no dipstick in front of the seat up near the steering gear. fluids in both are looking a little milky and I'd like to change whatever fluid or fluids I need to. There is no fill type cap behind the seat - just a couple of breathers. The fluid level has always been up so I've never messed with this at all. Would someone explain what type of fluid goes where and how much? Thanks, Rog!

The front plug under the dash is the trans oil fill. The trans
level check plug is to the right of the PTO shaft and there
are three drain plugs on the bottom. The trans holds about
5 gallons of 80w90. The plug with dipstick is the hydraulic
fill. Hydraulics are drained out the pipe plug at the right in
front of the seat by running the engine until flow stops.
Original hydraulic oil was 10w30, but I use universal hytran
oil.
