Olive 346 plow

Probably 400 to 500 dollars if the hardware is in good shape and it is not fully rusted. If good paint and a collector is looking for one then more. I would not mind having one for the Ford 860 I have but it is not a priority at the moment.

There is one listed for sale in Ohio for $1,500 in ok shape....looks like it might need some wear parts. It's a SAR. I just sold a reconditioned (like new with paint and decals) White 348 SAR with all new wear parts for $1,800, and prob could have gotten more. If it's just a spring trip instead of a spring auto reset then it's worth prob 1/2 of what an SAR is worth in the same condition. I'm just saying that after a lot of research before I bought the SAR I just sold.

Yep, they did come in SAR and I neglected to factor that in although 346 and 348 SAR's seem to be exceedingly rare around here hence my answer.

I think the SAR model is pretty rare everyplace. Had to sell mine because after I got it, reconditioned it I found it was just too heavy for my tractor. It is one very heavy duty 3 bottom plow. Going to replace it with a MM 3 bottom which is same as Oliver 3241....much lighter plow.

A farmer who used to live the next road over when I was a kid had an Oliver 550 and I believe it was a 346 SAR in the White color scheme. I think I have only seen 2 346 SAR's in my life the other was at an AGCO dealer a few years back. Another reason I wish I could go back in time so I could buy the pair. Both were shed kept and cleaned when not used.

It is a neat plow.
