550 NON-original seat replacement

After much searching and a lot of help from the Ford forums guys I have discovered the seat that came with my 550 I bought about 4 years ago is a Ford (see pic). The present cover/cushion is shot and the suspension parts of the seat are non functional.
Talked with the recommended Ford vendor (Messick's) to see if cover and suspension parts are available --NO LONGER.
Messick's does offer a complete seat for $250+ shipping (see pic).
I have unsuccessfully tried to find a used original seat but both vendors I checked with didn't have anything they would recommend as rebuildable.
my Question: any 550 guys out there that have replaced their OEM seat with a GOOD replacement?
If so what did you end up with and were you satisfied with it? and cost?

I put a Tisco on my 1365. I think Rowcrop has one on his 550. Nice seat. Available at TSC and other places. Less than $100 some places.

There is a good tractor salvage place near Lemoore Cal. Called Meyer Ward. I know they have rebuild able 55/550 seats there. Good guys

Kent was one of the those that DOESN'T have a good seat for the 550.

will look into the aftermarket manuf.s as suggested.
