J. Schwiebert - Oliver 1800 Carb Question USX 32-1 Still...

I bought a rebuild kit for the carb USX 32-1. Completely stripped it down cleaned everything in there popped out the accelerator pump check valve cleaned that and put it back in the correct location and orientation. New internal pump. Still no change. Struggling here. Is there a better solution for this tractor? I know Zenith is popular for this engine, any particular number better than the other for these Olivers? What is everyone else running?

I finally got the 1800 back up and running, but I am getting to much fuel in the engine, smoked my self out of the shop heavy gas exhaust. I turned the high speed screw in all the way and the engine doesn't even skip a beat, keeps right on going. The engine has a mechanical fuel pump. I am wondering is the accelerator pump shot? And that is allowing to much fuel in. Any suggestions? Would there be a better solution for a carb on that tractor.
J. Schwiebert: You may have 2 problems. Do you have a vacuum gauge? You will need it to test the unit. You have any kind of a manual? Do you have a phone number?
