Cockshutt 1550 gas clutch repair

I just purchased a 167 Cockshutt 1550 gas with a front end loader. He said the clutch went out two weeks ago.. Most other tractors I"ve had, had to be split to work on or replace the clutch, but I don"t see where this tractor can be split. Does the motor have to come out to access the clutch.. When I put the tractor in gear, then turn the starter over, the tractor wants to move, could it be just the bearing or bearing holder let go? Does anybody have a service manual for this tractor they would like to sell?
Thanks in advance.

No split. The motor has to come out. Look down a few posts at the one about the 77 clutch. There's a picture of how to take the PTO shaft out. I have mine apart right now. You just pull the PTO shaft out, remove the radiator, the chain coupler in the driveshaft and the 4 motor mount bolts then lift the engine out of the tub.

Great thanks for the help.. that sounds easier than splitting a tractor. Especially since I don't have a shop & have to do it outside.

Just found out it does have Hydra Power, also found out it doesn't have power steering. Can it be added? & what do I need to get power steering to it.?
Thanks in advance.
