I found the serial # on the 66. It was on the right side were you said. Thank you I don't think I would have found it without your help. It was painted over and was hard to read but this is it,423469C66C. I looked it up and it's a 1950. What does the C66C mean? Thanks again.
 
Farmallstrong, the C66C is the number for which power train it is equipped with. Having a "C" on the end of it means that it has the special low speed gearing in it. If it had a "D" on the end of it,that would mean it has the regular trans/diff that most were equipped with. There is quite a few other gearing options available and they each had a different suffix pertaining to that specific gearing. Ross
