1650 rebuild/head gasket

Bear with me, im no mechanic.I have a "68 1650 gas that I had a guy rebuild for me. he said he used an overbore rebuild for it, 3 7/8 I believe. he got everything put together and found he had the wrong head gasket. he said the standard head gasket for the motor wont work with this rebuild. something about the fire ring? he has since tried to get the right one 3 or 4 times and cant seem to get the right one sent to him. Im pretty sure he tried yesterdays tractors and they sent the wrong one multiple times. can anyone help me figure out where to get the right one? and verify that the information I have was right? thanks.

I would suggest he contact the supplier of the piston and sleeve kit, they should have the correct gasket.

If that doesn't work try Korves.
