A few more 1850 questions if you don't mind

The current owner says when he rebuilt the engine
for this 1850 he had to get parts that were for a
2-105. This one has the 16 speed and he says it
was one of the last ones made so that is why he
needed 2-105 parts. Does this sound right? I know
he said the pistons that came out of the engine
were flat top and the ones he had installed were
dished.
He has the loader hooked to the remotes but I
would rather use both remotes as remotes and I
still want the loader. Is there a power beyond set
up for these tractors?
I would also like to use this tractor for spraying
30" row corn. He has the front axle welded solid
but it will work as is. The rears will need to be
moved. Are the rear tires capable of being moved
so they will work for 30" corn?

Yes,they can be set to 30 inch. Mine is. They have power beyond, you just have to put a pipe plug in to use it.
The 2-105 was had a turbo so I believe some of the engine parts would have been different. I don't think being a late one would require 2-105 parts though. Remember, the 1855 came between them. The 2-85 was non turbo like the 1850.
