Cockshut version of 1750 05 1850 or something? Info

Monthly consignment sale has a cockshut that looks like an oliver. I dont know much about them other than they are the same tractor built through a merger and sold under same brand. Dad told me about it I haven't looked at it yet dont know if its gas or diesel. Wouldnt mind having one to use on the farm and pull a little how is the over under in these things? How are the diesel motors? Any basic info for what to look for before I go would help.. Thanks

Two different diesel motors depending on which model it is. The 1750 has a 310 Oliver/Waukesha,the 1850 has a 354 Perkins. The Perkins is pretty bulletproof. Only the later ones would have the 3 speed Over/Under. Earlier ones were the two speed Hydrapower. Both were good solid units.

That auctioneer sells and auctions at this one too many times equipment goes back and forth so it could be. I will be heading over there this weekend to check it out ill snap a pic and post it back on here..
