Cockshutt 30?? Help

I have a Cockshutt 30...which someone on the other forum told me it's a 1949 model. Can anyone give me some information on this tractor? I know nothing about it.. so any and all information would be wonderful.. including what it could be worth if I sold it? The VIN on this goes something like **-**-19841. The picture is posted below. Thank you so much in advance. :)

What would you like to know about it? It is a 1949.
I have a 51 that looks almost identical. Cockshutts
were made in Canada. The production numbers for the
30 series were the highest of all the series
produced and they are not really that rare. I see it
doesn't have a hydraulic pump. Does it have a PTO?
The condition looks to be very good, including tires.
Location has a lot to do with the value. If it runs
as good as it looks that would be a 2500.00 to$3000.00 tractor in my area. Others will tell yo less. More Info?

Nice tractor! You can buy manuals for it off ebay. Looks like a live power take off engage handle to the right of the seat. There were 37 odd thousand built. If you just got it, keep it and enjoy it!

Nice looking 30. If you look on top of the frame rail adjacent to the distributer almost right over the round hole in frame. The serial number will be there which will tell you the year for sure. It will start with a 30 for model then a space and a 5 digit number starting with 17370 on up will make it a 49. The 30 is the most common of the Cockshutt and easiest and cheapest to buy. Location does effect the price but I doubt you will see more then $2800. for it. A couple more pictures or a little more information would be nice. Good luck with your tractor these little 30's are great. Irv
