Super55 timing mark

I put an electronic ignition in the old girl and am going to set the timing. the manual says there should be two marks, TDC and IGN. I only have one - INT with a the groove under it. Is this the 28 btdc at 2200 rpm or what do I do next?

Don't know, but...

You can easily find TDC by removing number one plug and
rotating the engine while carefully feeling for movement of the
top of the piston. Counting flywheel teeth is a good way to
estimate part rotation.

The original timing will likely not now be the optimum setting.
Fuel has changed dramatically over the intervening years and
by now the engine may even have had the compression ratio
changed.
