1800 foot plate

I'm restoring this 1800A diesel that had no foot plates when i got it..i found some on E-BAY. off a gas model....but I'm confused there is no hole in the center foot plate for the left foot plate..to get at the mounting bolt for the left foot plate..so just drill one....

You sure you didn't buy pieces for an 1800C series? They are different? The left side for your tractor should be the step.

Does any one have a photo of the 1961 1800A checker board model floor FOOT pan ....what was listed on e-bay was 1960 that the parts came from ..I ASSUMED They were the right ones...and you know what happens when you ASSUME....= but they could be wrong????? THANK MARK

1800A's didn't have the center platform.
