2-105 manifolds

Does anyone know if you can put the center three bolt manifold on a later two bolt or vise versa. Trying to get the right parts to put a turbo on a 2-85.
Thanks Jon

The first year (1976) tractors had four pinion differentials.   Second production beginning in May of 77 were built with two pinion differentials at S/N 277 182.   The 2-85 has steel reinforced ring land pistons where the 2-105 did not, thus is a better engine.

Be careful with the smoke screw.   Engine now has more torque, so add duals and more weight.   Now you have more HP and tires that are glued to the ground and something in the middle has to give, humm two pinion diff.

Never ceases to amaze me, buy a Yugo and add a couple things and it will go as fast as a Corvette?

Yeah I was aware of the 2 pinion differential in the 85 and the engine differences (no piston coolers or the reinforced ring lands) I'm not putting this together to pull just trying to make it run cooler and a little more power without turning the pump up. I'm also going to put it on a dyno with a pyrometer and make it only have about 110 or105 hp that's all I need it's a loader and baler tractor.

Good infomation to know. You are saying the earlier 2-105 might have a couple more features than the later serial numbers.
