I just installed a rebuilt pump on a 1650 Diesel and I have hooked up the injector lines and I believe they are all correct I followed the firing order around the pump. My question is which port off the pump goes to the number one cylinder? Because lets say I starting with number one in number five's spot that means I am one spot off all the way around. I just wanna know which one is one for sure so I know when I do the firing order they are all on the right spots. Thanks

Mike

I just checked mine and the number 1 is the outboard line, farthest from the block. Looking at the back of the pump, from the driver's seat, it is at the 9 o'clock position, unless you are using a digital watch.

I had to tweak them but only the very ends, any idea what this mark would look like?

I think there's a mark on the pump close to the port.

The lines should fit only one way if nobody bend the chit out of them before.
