Putting the engine back in after clutch repair.
The I&T manual says 1 front & 1 rear mounting bolt acts as a dowel and must be installed in proper holes. All 4 bolts are just 1/2" bolts and leave some movement side to side & back and forth. How do I make sure that everything is aligned properly? Thanks for the help.

Well first of all you would not had to take the engine out to put a clutch in. Second you need to have 2 (/16 'dowel bolts " which you do not have. Where are you located? There should be many readers on here that have a spare set. More questions? J.

In my experience, if the belt-pulley mechanism is in place on the tractor, removing the engine is the simplest option.
