IS THIS THE PORTS FOR THE INNER CONTROL LEVER,ON A 1800A ..They have them looped..on the other side they have it piped and with cuppings..for hose connection..i want to pipe it and put cupping for this side to have two remote cylinders

No. The plugs are behind and below the filter directly opposite where the ones are in the other side.
Did that tractor have a loader on it recently? I looks like somebody has put the plug in for power beyond and looped that hose when they took the loader off. If that's the case,don't take that hose off and put plugs in those holes until you take the other plug out or you could blow the pump to pieces. The plug that needs to come back out is behind the flow divider on those I believe.

Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong on all this. I can take it.
 
I'm not sure if it had a loader on this tractor..
i have a photo of the other plugs you are talking about with blue tape on them..in the photo..
what type of fittings were in the place of the looped hose..when it came from the factory with out a loader....

The plugs you have the tape on are the correct ones for the LH remote.
You will have to keep the current loop open unless you remove the internal 3/8" pipe plug that was installed for power beyond in the passage that runs from where the elbow w/plug is on the front of your hyd. unit.(may be the flow divider with a plug behind it, looks like an elbow in your first photo)
If you remove the elbow (flow divider and plug) you will see a passage that runs rearward and there will be a socket head plug between where the two ports are for the loop. That plug was not in there when the tractor was shipped, and there were plugs where the hoses for the loader valve are now connected. Usually a long 3/8" socket extension sq. end will fit and you can remove the plug and then install the external plugs. My ph.# is five-seven-four-two-four-three-5751 if you want to call.
