Lull forklift with oliver engine

My old neighbor has two Lull forklifts at his farm both have Oliver gas engines looks the same as my 1650. Anyone know how many are out there? Its the third one I have seen and all three were gas jobs were there any diesel's? Thanks for any info. Greg

There is one down the road. It is new enough it has either a 770 or 1550 engine in it going by the block casting numbers. The Deere industrial dealer close to my employer was also a Lull dealer and he had service manuals for the 4 wheel drive units and they were 1650 units
 
I just drove by them the other day on the way to Smith Ford wasn't sure if they had Oliver engines. My wife works in Cooperstown and I work in Oneonta area so I usually just drive I88. I was just thinking it might be another parts machine if needed. The other Lull with Oliver engine was in Cooperstown out past the golf course. Greg
 
I've got one sitting outside my shop! Its my granddad's we've had it for about two years now and were still working some kinks out of it. Ours is a 1550.

The first ones used Oliver 770"s thee later ones used 1550"s if you look you will see they used the axle,transmission engine & frame tubs
 
Yep, fuel tank also that's why I was thinking of them as a another parts source to keep are 50 year old Oliver's running! Anyone have a diesel unit. all I have seen are gas? Radiator even looked like an Oliver. I have a 1555 so I am looking for a parts machine for future use! Just kidding. Greg
