880 bogging down under load

Hi All, baling 2 weeks ago nearing the end of a field with a heavy load, my 880 starter bogging down, that is sputtering, etc. as if it was not getting enough fuel. I"d push in the clutch and it would recover. Yesterday cutting another field, same scenario. This morning it barely wants to go 10 feet and starts sputtering. Fuel is good, no water, sediment in bulb, good flow, etc. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

my brother is using a 77 I overhauled 2 years ago, same symptoms on silo blower, was running fine, then started to labor and sputter, would start up again, no power, finally, pull choke, start and run, sorta, no power,I went and cleaned bowl, and took off carb and removed jets, a good cleaning, replaced, kinda wanted to run, but not quite, loosened dist and rolled left, no go, rolled right, ran a little, rolled more right, a little better, then I found marks I placed with a cold chisel when I overhauled it, for a starting point, I lined those up, ran good.... cap screws were tight, but clamps must have allowed dist. to move every time tractor was started for last 2 years, kept bumping distributor timing off till it would not run..
