The last of my bean ground is about dry enough to no-till so today with some time to kill I started moving things around in the barn. Before I knew it I had all 3 Oliver 1550s out and sitting behind the barn and figured it would be a good time to take a picture of the 3 of them together. I don't think there are too many people around that have 3 of them let alone a diesel WF a gas NF and a diesel Utility, They make an interesting trio. Bandit

Nice looking tractors. Ive always wanted a 1550 or 1555. They seem like they would be handy tractors.

Nice. I wish I could have had a picture of the three 1850 Diesels from that auction I went to yesterday. They had a narrow front,a row crop wide front and a swept back wide front.
When was the last time you saw a group of 1850s like that all in one place?

It sure has been awhile, In fact when I was in high school. My Ag teacher had an 1850 gas NF an 1850 diesel NF and a 1850 propane NF and we used them on the FFA chapters farm. They were useless in soft ground that was there only bad point. Bandit

Very interesting collection and yes my 1850 was useless as well in soft ground I ended up putting 18.4-38 on it instead of the original 18.4-34 tires made a huge difference.

Not trying to start anything here, but if you consider the 1850 useless on wet ground, try a 4020 on wet ground sometime. You will discover the true meaning of useless. Lol!
