Finally..my Super 88D runs!!

If you need those 2 clamps for the fuel lines I am sure I have a set laying around I can send you. It also looks like it has a "short" starter that the 56 models came with so is it a 56 or early 57 tractor? How can I contact you? J.

Thank you for your replies.

@J.Schwiebert:
Yes, it's a 1956. I can recall giving you the serial-# some time ago. But, if you have some additional information for me on this tractor, please contact me. You can send me a message on this board or an email.
In these vids many parts have not been installed yet because it was just the first test run. I have all the four (4) fuel line clamps (I put them on yesterday...)

The only part of the history of this tractor I know is that it spent some of its working life near Alexandria, Minnesota. An old dealer sticker tells me so.
The way it came to Germany is easy to tell. We have some antique tractor dealers in nearby Netherlands and Belgium, who buy antique American tractors at auctions in the US and ship them over to Europe. This is the way I got my Oliver and my JD B, R and 820.

So, here we have some pictures I took on the first "drive out" of my Oliver Super 88 Diesel. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

The green paint is still the original paint and I will keep it in its working clothes. All the sheet metal and the paint is still in perfect shape. All I still have to do is get some new rear tires and to paint the rear rims.

Regards, Hendrik from Germany
