Oliver 70 seat

I have a friend who is restoring a 1946 70 and needs a new seat.
It appears this seat had a square bottom cushion...not the pan style like the fleetlines.

Are these available somewhere and is this the correct style for a 70?

The original seats on all 70's were the pipe frame style with a canvas bag over the pipe frame, but there were many aftermarket seat tha most you find have on them today.

The original seat on a 1946 70 would have been the square base with the padded spring cushion. After the fleetlines started to use the pan seat with the rubber torsion springs, Oliver offered a replacement seat for the 70s which used the torsion springs and pan seat. As I recall, this replacement seat for the 70s became available around 1949.
