1755 Brakes

Hello:

I am repairing the brakes on my 1755. I got the cover off the right side along with the insulator and adjuster. I got some new discs but the old ones seems like they are in there forever. Are those old discs supposed to slide off that pinion in there? Seems like they are really stuck.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes, the disc's should "float' on the bull pinion shaft

Thanks for the response. I will go at it with some WD 40 today. Hopefully that breaks it loose. Thanks again.
