Old works with new!

I have been seeding alfalfa and oats with this sweet 880 and a 38 drill. Oh and that is an Outback on the hood.

It's not auto steer, it is a swathing tool that has lights you need to follow to stay on a straight line. The tires are 14.9X38.
We bought the tractor after someone sold the three point off it. The engine was locked up because a busted valve jammed into a piston. Overhauled the head and the block. Don't use it much, but it is a fun ride.

Looks nice. I plant soybeans with that exact drill on 24 inch rows. My question is, are you planting in that field where the picture is? I am planting this year in a field with a lot of corn trash. I am wondering how well it is going to work.
