how hard is it to find Hercules parts?

I'm still working on purchasing the 570 diesel. Talked to a guy that heard it run the last time. He said there were not any odd noises, just very low oil pressure. I know the injection pump is leaking fuel into the pan, so I'm hoping a rebuilt pump later it'll be okay. But if not, are parts still attainable for these?
 
If the problem is fuel in the pan save yourself a pump rebuilt. The problem is leaking seals. I will send you an e-mail later.
 
I assumed it was something leaking internally in the pump. If it's something as simple as replacing a seal that would definitely be welcome news. Fuel is definitely leaking into the pan. The tank seems empty and the oil pan is way thin and over full. Please do send me an email and thanks.
 
Phil Heisey is the go to Cockshutt guy for most anything. He has the parts I think for your 570. If it has the American Bosch injector pump,fuel leaking into the oil is most likely the tranfer pump seal on the injector pump which is pretty easy to fix I am told. Those American Bosch pumps go a long time. Oliver and Massey Harris used them also. Great tractor. One of the best Cockshutt's and maybe of all makes.
 
I've dealt with Phil before. Good guy and knowledgeable. I hope all this thing needs is a seal. I'm a little worried about any possible damage done to the engine being run with very thin oil.
